Mark Schwimmer
Director of Investment & Developments
Mark, directs the property investment team. He has amassed a wealth of experience in this field and plays a key role in sourcing, appraising and negotiating acquisitions. His market research ensures in-depth due diligence into current property/land values and supply/demand levels, giving clients a trusted insight into market trends and project viability.
Bernard Reifer
Head of Operations
Bernard, a property valuation MSc graduate, is responsible for the operations and day-to-day running of the business, ensuring Marson performs efficiently and delivers a consistent level of service throughout the development. He oversees the management of assets held by the company whilst also securing development finance for new projects.
Chris Horn
Director – Head of Planning
Chris is a planning and development surveyor with a background in both public and private sectors.
He has worked on numerous central London projects and has a strong track record of client representation achieving large planning consents for complex sites. Formerly Development Director for Elephant & Castle and Planning Director for the 2012 International Broadcast and Media Centres, he has secured major planning permissions for central London clients including Sellar, Workspace, Derwent, Ennismore, Barratt London and many others.
Chris has strong planning and political connections across London and is able to represent and advocate for projects at all levels.

Managed the application for 1000-unit residential, retail and pubic realm consent at Canada Water. Provided strategic planning advice and prepared the SCI for the Bermondsey Street application for 200,000ft2 of B1 offices.

Prior to setting up as an independent consultancy in 2007 Chris was previously Borough Valuer and Director of Regeneration & Strategy at the London Borough of Southwark where he led many major development projects including Elephant & Castle, Bermondsey Spa, Peckham Partnership and the de-designation of the Surrey Quays Peninsula.

As Head of Finance at Marson, Moshe works with the team to compile detailed development appraisals and accurate accounts of investments and returns. These financial appraisals also form the basis of vital client reporting, with real-time visibility of budgets and cashflows provided to suit clients.
Ricky Bika, MAPM
Head of Development
As a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM), Ricky oversees the project management of client developments at the point that a scheme gets off the ground. His career has involved many varied construction projects, including residential and commercial, and as Head of Development at Marson he ensures that client investments are diligently managed.
