A mixed-use site in Henley-on-Thames, consisting of a two storey office building to the front and large industrial shed to the rear with development potential.

Since acquiring the site, Marson has obtained Permitted Development Rights to convert the office space to 22 one-bedroom units. The team has also submitted a planning application for the full redevelopment of the site into 43 residential apartments and 200 sq m of flexible office space.
