This office building was purchased with Permitted Development Rights for 40 units (mix of studios/1 bed units) in place. Site extends to a large car park and is located 200 yards from the main station soon to be served by Crossrail. Following acquisition, Marson achieved Permitted Development Rights for 47 units (mix of 1 & 2 beds). A further full planning application to change the façade to present a residential appearance was also successful. A new application, for a further 9 family sized units on the car park has also been submitted with consent expected imminently.
